Browse the shop by clicking on the product categories on the left of the screen or at the top of the screen. Click on product pictures to see more information and to load a larger picture.

When you find a product you want to buy, click the "Add to basket" button to add it to your basket.

The item will now be shown in your shopping basket on the right of the screen. The total cost of items in the basket will be calculated automatically. Remember that all prices include VAT and that delivery to the UK mainland is free on orders over £30.00.

Order by Post

If you prefer, you can order by post and pay by cheque or postal order.

Add items to your basket and click to go to the checkout. Follow the instructions and choose to pay by cheque or postal order.

At the end of the process, you will be given an order number. Write the order number on the back of your cheque or on a piece of paper with your name and address and send it to us. You will be given a freepost address to send your payment to.

Alternatively, you can add items to the basket in the usual way and then call our freephone order line. On the basket page, the product number is shown in brackets after the product name.

After You Have Ordered

As soon as you place an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. The e-mail will list the products you have bought, your order total and the delivery address.

When your order is despatched, you will receive another e-mail with your Royal Mail tracking code if you have ordered for delivery in the UK
